Its primary objective is to ensure that products meet extremely high standards for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and reliability through the use of precision equipment, strict processes, and a controlled environment.

Powder Casting Workshop is an industrial facility where products undergo surface coating; its core function is to provide corrosion protection and decorative finishes for workpieces.

Main functions: By applying coatings to form a dense layer, moisture and oxygen are blocked to prevent corrosion, while also imparting color and gloss to the product, thereby enhancing its aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.

Assembly Workshop is the core operational space within an industrial manufacturing system where components are assembled into finished products according to established standards; it is primarily responsible for completing the final assembly and testing of products through systematic processes.

R&D Department consists of a team of 26 professional engineers, and has built a complete R&D system from concept innovation to mass production.

Project Team: Responsible for market dem and transformation, technical feasibility assessment, and full lifecycle management of projects.

Electronics Engineer: Specializing in product mechanical structure and appearance design, ensuring product manufacturability and reliability.

Procurement Engineer: Intervenes in the early stages of R&D, responsible for the selection and certification of key components and supply chain technical coordination.

Marketing Department leads all creative visual work within the company and also possesses strong external creative service capabilities.

Performance: We possess high and low temperature alternating damp heat test chambers, salt spray test chambers, and IP waterproof rating equipment.

Security & compliance: We have withstand voltage testers and grounding resistance testers.

Structure & life: We have vibration testing benches, drop testing machines, and switch life fatigue testing equipment.
